Dr. Jay Luthar, MD, DipABLM
Dr. Jay Luthar, MD, DipABLM, is a Harvard-trained internist and the founder of Lutanen Health, a boutique primary care practice grounded in the belief that the most powerful medicine begins with deep, sustained relationships. Triple Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Luthar integrates state-of-the-art diagnostics and evidence-based strategies with the wisdom of mind-body and traditional healing systems to help patients extend both health span and life span.
His approach is rooted in the conviction that health is not merely the absence of disease, but a dynamic state of physical, emotional, and mental harmony. Drawing from modern science alongside traditional frameworks, he offers individualized, evidence-informed strategies for optimized living and metabolic health.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Luthar serves on the faculty of Harvard Medical School, where he teaches in the Physical Diagnosis and Reasoning course and mentors first-year medical students longitudinally. He is also a faculty mentor for the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine Fellowship and serves on faculty for the Certified Longevity Physician Program at Longevity Docs.
