Kaylee LeCavalier, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS, CAPS

Kaylee LeCavalier is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist whose work bridges human performance, integrative health, and longevity science. As Director of Human Performance at Lutanen Health, she leads the Human Performance Lab, where advanced physical assessments, movement analysis, physical therapy, and individualized performance training are integrated to support both recovery and long-term physical capacity.

Kaylee has extensive experience working with traditional and tactical athletes, performers, and highly active professionals. Her clinical work focuses on guiding individuals through injury recovery, optimizing physical performance, and developing long-term training strategies that support resilience and aging well. She brings a systems-based perspective to musculoskeletal health, examining how factors such as chronic stress, autonomic nervous system imbalance, and environmental load influence movement, recovery, and physical capacity over time.

She has particular expertise in complex and systemic presentations that intersect with physical performance and recovery, including hypermobility spectrum disorders, chronic fatigue presentations, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and broader states of physiological overload. Her approach emphasizes precision assessment, individualized programming, and a deep understanding of how the body adapts to both internal and environmental stressors.

In addition to her clinical role, Kaylee leads Lutanen Home, the practice’s residential health design consultancy. Through this work, she collaborates with homeowners, architects, and project teams to translate health and performance science into thoughtfully designed living environments. Her work includes guidance on healthy materials selection, environmental optimization, integrated space planning, aging-in-place strategies, and lifestyle-driven home programming that supports long-term wellbeing.

Across both the clinical and design divisions, Kaylee is known for her meticulous attention to detail, client-centered philosophy, and ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, practical changes that meaningfully improve how people move, live, and age.
