Biography

Tori Bradley, RN, BSN
Tori Bradley is a Registered Nurse at Lutanen Health who brings experience in home health nursing and a strong commitment to patient-centered, integrative care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts, and is currently pursuing both her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degrees through Rockhurst University. Her advanced training reflects her interest in caring for both the physical and mental aspects of health through a holistic, integrative approach.
Early in her career, Tori worked at Franciscan Children’s Hospital before transitioning into home health nursing, where she has spent much of her time supporting adult and geriatric patients. Through this work, she has gained extensive experience providing continuous care across the lifespan while helping patients optimize lifestyle habits that support long-term health and longevity. She also holds a health coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Tori was drawn to integrative healthcare because of its focus on the whole person and its ability to address aspects of health that are often overlooked in traditional models of care. Her own personal experiences with healthcare reinforced the importance of compassionate providers who guide patients through uncertain moments with empathy and support.
At Lutanen Health, Tori works closely with patients and the clinical team to support assessments, lab coordination, and ongoing patient communication. She collaborates directly with Dr. Julia Loewenthal and her patients, helping ensure that care remains accessible, coordinated, and responsive. Her background in home health also enables her to assist with in-home care and procedures when needed, providing additional convenience and support for patients.
Tori believes that strong patient relationships are central to excellent healthcare. By building trust and maintaining open communication, she strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel empowered to pursue lasting health and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Tori enjoys staying active through running, surfing, yoga, and strength training. She also loves traveling and learning about different cultures, having visited more than sixteen countries so far. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Tori was born and raised in Massachusetts and is proud to serve patients in the community she calls home.
